Last week I had the worst kink in my neck and was in pain. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with Amy from Heaven & Health to get a massage in her in-home studio. Amy is a certified license massage therapist and graduated with honors from Renaissance School of Therapeutic Massage. The massage was amazing and I walked away with my neck feeling good again.
